Coaching plans available for runners of all levels across most race distances: each specific to your goals, fitness and lifestyle. Work privately with Coach Jessica to run better, in person or remotely.


Initial Assessment & Consultation: $55

  • 45-60 minutes in duration

  • Review all answers provided on the initial questionnaire.

  • Discuss your running experience and define your running goals.

  • Review your injury history and any physical challenges you may encounter, if applicable.

  • Analyze your current training routine and highlight areas for potential improvement.

  • Evaluate and refine the best approach to running & training for you

  • Adapt how running fits into your lifestyle (work, family, scheduling).

  • Answer any questions you may have about pacing targets, gear, nutrition, etc.

  • Discuss your expectations of a running coach


Online Running Training Plans: $185/month

  • Weekly training schedule

  • One-on-one online coaching, customized to your needs

  • Unlimited Coach Access via messaging/text/email

  • Full access to your online/mobile Final Surge training plan

  • Assistance in race selection, preparation and planning to guide you to your goal

  • Cancel anytime for any reason and receive unused pro-rated refund


Online Running Training Plan & Personal Strength Training Combo: $285/month

Since I’m a NASM Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, I can work with you to help reduce any muscle imbalances and decrease the risk of injury. I highly recommend this plan for those coming back from injury so that we can ensure that you are moving in a positive forward direction, rather than doing harm to yourself.


Online and In-Person Strength Training


In-Person Strength Training (Houston, TX): $75/hour

These plans are tailored to each person and offer a new workout each week, cardio recommendations, scheduling, and consultation following.
