Jessica is amazing, she is the perfect amount of strict and kindness all in one! She makes the whole "working out" situation easy, literally the fastest hour ever. From encouraging you to live a healthy life style to helping you train and prepare you for your first marathon! One of the things I enjoy most about working out with Jessica is that there is always a new work out routine that I'm learning and I love it because not only can I work out with her but I can take this home and repeat some reps before work! 

I must say, ever since we've began working out, I have a much different perspective about exercising and living a healthy fit life style overall. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication. But what makes that possible is a good support system and that's where Jessica comes in, I couldn't get this far with out her. Each time we meet, I feel closer and closer to my goal! Thank you!

I came to Jessica to help me get ready for the upcoming Ultimate Frisbee season. In the past I relied on strength training at the gym along with running.  This year I really wanted to push myself and try to regain some of the form I had 5-10 years ago. I know that Jessica is a very focused athlete and I expected nothing less from her as a trainer. She may have not been very familiar with my sport, but after going over what my goals were and her own research, she has put together some very effective workouts. Jessica is constantly looking for new ways to challenge me in the weight room and on the field. I’ll have to be honest and say that I’ve been sore in places that I’ve never been before and have been truly pushed in our sessions. I feel stronger, more balanced and much quicker on my feet. It’s early in the season, but I’ve already seen the work pay off in a early season tournament. I look forward to continuing my training with Jessica and highly recommend her for any of your fitness/sport needs.

"Working with Jessica is a dream!  The workouts are exciting and challenging, and I love the variety she incorporates from week to week - it really keeps things interesting!  The online format is very easy to follow, and the links to the demo videos are extremely helpful when I come across an exercise I'm not familiar with.  I also love having past workouts catalogued online, so I can refer back to my favorites when I need inspiration.  I first started working with Jessica when I was ten weeks pregnant, and she did an amazing job tailoring each workout to my stage in pregnancy and to my comfort level.  I worked out up until delivery, and I was able to maintain my energy and fitness levels very well - and I was back in my regular jeans just a week after delivering, for which I give full credit to staying active throughout the pregnancy by working out regularly with Jessica!  Jessica is wonderful to communicate with and responds promptly whenever I have a question or request.  She truly cares about my progress and whether I'm happy with the program, and she incorporates any requests or modifications immediately.  I can't recommend her enough!"

Jessica and I have been working together on speed and endurance for the past several months and I am extremely pleased with the results and with Jessica’s approach to training. She is incredibly supportive and encouraging. I am an “older” runner and my personal goal was not necessarily to get faster but to stop getting slower. I needed someone who would provide a structured program for me and would push me to do more than I thought I could do. We also have a good time doing it. I can hear her in the back of my mind “Ready? Let’s do this” and off we go.

I highly recommend Jessica as a personal trainer. She can tailor your strength/running training for any ability and really care that you enjoy your run without hurting yourself.

I have met Jessica, few months after my knee surgery when I was too scared to get back in the running grove and struggling to know where to start without hurting myself. Few weeks later, she started to train me and building me slowly to my first 5k race only few months after the surgery! Putting this race in my eyesight allowed me to create a goal for myself: believing that my knee could be strong enough to run. I had no time pressure and personal best record in mind, just the pleasure of running injury free again! I love how she is listening to my feedback on exercises and incorporating changes as needed. She taught me patience by showing me alternative way of getting cardio and reaching my goal.  At first, I was not convinced about the online format, but it works! It is easy to follow, the attached videos to demonstrate the move are extremely helpful, she quickly reacts when questions arose, my Garmin watch connects to the apps and I don’t need to worry about anything except following the plan!

Jessica made me believe in myself and it was the key for renewing with my healthy self.  She is pushing me with an “easy run” attitude. So, since this first goal, I want to push myself for longer distance and I know she will show me how!

After the horrible running year 2019, which ended it with some injuries that lasted through the spring. I finally got my game back on with different shoes etc. I was determined to get my running back. With no races on my schedule because of COVID, I had some extra time to work on myself. I started to look for a coach and found Jessica. She has been great to work with and will listen to your concerns and adjust your schedule accordingly. I have been working with her for over 3 months and my goal was to get miles up and times down and we have succeeded. So, we are both very pleased with my results. I highly recommend Jessica.
